The top floor combines the sleeping area and bathroom. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two single beds, both contain fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space.
Each has excellent views across Famagusta Bay and there is a safe in the master bedroom providing security for your valuables. The fully tiled bathroom has all the latest facilities including a power shower plus electric shaving point.

There is a covered area under the building which is tiled and provides an area of shade in the day and cover at nite for eating. In the corner of this area is a second toilet and shower.
The area under the building is tiled and open to the pool providing a spacious area of shade during the day and excellent dining close to the "Barbie" at night. An enclosed shower and toilet facility is also available immediately adjacent the area
